National Nursing Home Week Activities

Everyone was great. I loved the other residents. Overall, great facility, nice, and very clean! I would come back for sure! The therapy department is absolutely awesome! They filled all my needs and did amazing!

I miss you guys a lot! I had so much to do while I was there. The activities were excellent and overall your facility and your staff were just great. I would definitely stay there again and certainly will recommend your nursing center to others.

The reason I chose this center is that the hospital recommended it. The dietary department is great. The administrator was also good to me, too! The staff really goes above and beyond, is friendly, and accommodating.

The reason I chose this center is that it's close to my family! Therapy helped to get my strength back; everyone helped me from the cleaning personnel, nurses, and office workers. All the best! Food was very good, nurses on the ball too, everyone was concerned about me. This is not a 5-star building, but a 6-star building, in my opinion!

I appreciate all of the attentive care. My food was gluten-free, and they did a great job. Missy, Theo, and Lisa were all great! Nurses Barb and Donna were so sweet.

At Arbors at Minerva, the physician services are above average and it will be the first place that I recommend to everyone in addition to being the place that I will return to if I ever need help again. My mother has been a resident at Arbors at Minerva for a little over three years. She is 97 years old, and we feel she is getting the best care that could be given to anyone. It really makes you feel good when you see the nurses and aids showing care and love to Mom. We appreciate everyone at the center from the cleaning people to the person that manages this facility. We highly recommend Arbors at Minerva to anyone in need of tender loving care.

The nurses are excellent. The aides are great. Monica, the admissions director, worked on four appeals for my wife to get more rehab. She went above and beyond.
