At Arbors at Minerva, the physician services are above average and it will be the first place that I recommend to everyone in addition to being the place that I will return to if I ever need help again. My stay was wonderful and the help here [Arbors at Minerva] is superb! Everyone made my family and myself feel very welcomed here. Thank You.

The reason I chose this center is that the hospital recommended it. The dietary department is great. The administrator was also good to me, too! The staff really goes above and beyond, is friendly, and accommodating.

My mother has been a resident at Arbors at Minerva for a little over three years. She is 97 years old, and we feel she is getting the best care that could be given to anyone. It really makes you feel good when you see the nurses and aids showing care and love to Mom. We appreciate everyone at the center from the cleaning people to the person that manages this facility. We highly recommend Arbors at Minerva to anyone in need of tender loving care.

The nurses are excellent. The aides are great. Monica, the admissions director, worked on four appeals for my wife to get more rehab. She went above and beyond.
