Diana was eager to please; Barb was fantastic and very caring. Missy in PT was very personable, and a great people person and Monica was a great problem solver.

My mother has been a resident at Arbors at Minerva for a little over three years. She is 97 years old, and we feel she is getting the best care that could be given to anyone. It really makes you feel good when you see the nurses and aids showing care and love to Mom. We appreciate everyone at the center from the cleaning people to the person that manages this facility. We highly recommend Arbors at Minerva to anyone in need of tender loving care.

At Arbors at Minerva, the physician services are above average and it will be the first place that I recommend to everyone in addition to being the place that I will return to if I ever need help again. The reason I chose this center is that it's close to my family! Therapy helped to get my strength back; everyone helped me from the cleaning personnel, nurses, and office workers. All the best! Food was very good, nurses on the ball too, everyone was concerned about me. This is not a 5-star building, but a 6-star building, in my opinion!

Great therapy team, nursing aides, and office staff. They were amazing, I can't put it into words. Great facility! The kindness & compassion is great. The facility is so clean. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

The nurses are excellent. The aides are great. Monica, the admissions director, worked on four appeals for my wife to get more rehab. She went above and beyond.
