My mother has been a resident at Arbors at Minerva for a little over three years. She is 97 years old, and we feel she is getting the best care that could be given to anyone. It really makes you feel good when you see the nurses and aids showing care and love to Mom. We appreciate everyone at the center from the cleaning people to the person that manages this facility. We highly recommend Arbors at Minerva to anyone in need of tender loving care.

I appreciate all of the attentive care. My food was gluten-free, and they did a great job. Missy, Theo, and Lisa were all great! Nurses Barb and Donna were so sweet.

Diana was eager to please; Barb was fantastic and very caring. Missy in PT was very personable, and a great people person and Monica was a great problem solver.

We loved the care here! Vicki from housekeeping, therapy and dietary was great! I love my breakfast! I have no complaints and I enjoyed my stay. I will be back if I ever need more therapy.

At Arbors at Minerva, the physician services are above average and it will be the first place that I recommend to everyone in addition to being the place that I will return to if I ever need help again. Everyone was great. I loved the other residents. Overall, great facility, nice, and very clean! I would come back for sure! The therapy department is absolutely awesome! They filled all my needs and did amazing!

The reason I chose this center is that it's close to my family! Therapy helped to get my strength back; everyone helped me from the cleaning personnel, nurses, and office workers. All the best! Food was very good, nurses on the ball too, everyone was concerned about me. This is not a 5-star building, but a 6-star building, in my opinion!

Great therapy team, nursing aides, and office staff. They were amazing, I can't put it into words. Great facility! The kindness & compassion is great. The facility is so clean. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
