The Resident Voice Program is designed to meet and exceed all of our customer’s expectations on their journey to wellness at Arbors at Minerva.

Our Resident Voice Advocate will meet with all of our new admissions within 24 hours and check in, and spend time with them each day to ensure that they are comfortable and satisfied with their stay.
